The FLORIDA HARDEST-HIT FUND DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE (HHF-DPA) PROGRAM* is designed to provide qualified first-time homebuyers with up to $15,000 in down payment and closing costs assistance.

- This program begins March 1st, 2019 and runs until the funds run out. There is only a limited amount of funds available.

IF YOU NEED THE DOWNPAYMENT ASSISTANCE, COMPLETE THE FORM BELOW TO SEE IF YOU QUALIFY AND LET"S WORK TO RESERVE THESE FUND FOR YOU. ONCE THE FUND HAS DEPLETED, THIS POOL OF DOWNPAYMENT ASSISTANCE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.
* The HHF-DPA Second Mortgage is forgiveable at the rate of 20% per year over the term of the loan provided the borrower is not in default. The program is available for prospective first-time homebuyers purchasing homes located in the following counties: Osceola, Duval, Clay, Hillsborough and Pasco.
